Mr. Benyun Chen , a senior engineer, is currently the deputy general manager of Chongqing Laxifu Food Co., Ltd. and the general manager of Chongqing Hengde Irradiation Technology Co., Ltd. He has been engaged in the management of pickled chicken feet food processing for nearly 20 years and in the management of electron beam and gamma ray device irradiation processing for 11 years. He has rich practical experience in the irradiation processing of pickled chicken feet and other foods.
