Qin Huaili, a Ph.D. in Nuclear Technology and Applications from Peking University, has been engaged in research on electron beam irradiation applications and overall design of accelerator irradiation systems. She works at NUCTECH and Tongweixinda Ltd., and the irradiation accelerator projects designed by her are spread throughout China and exported abroad.
Dr. Qin has charged with IAEA CRP and national technical research projects in China, and is a member of the China Nuclear Technology Standards Committee.
